How does the delivery process work?

* We don’t offer returns and exchange for size issues. So kindly check the size chart next to product image before placing the order
* However if the customer insist on an exchange for size issues, the product needs to be sent back to us through courier within a week at their own expense
* Shipping charges will be extra for the exchanged product to be sent back. We donot offer free shipping for product exchange
* If the product received has any defects or damage, it can be returned. The shipping charges for the same will be refunded upon providing the receipt for the same.
* If there is any issue, kindly get in touch with us through WhatsApp on 9894866953. We will provide you with the address for return.
* In case of return of damaged products , the product needs to be sent back within 5 working days. Returns will not be accepted beyond that.
* Once we receive the return product, a refund will be initiated.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging

What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship our products only through ST Courier or Speed Post
* Customers will be intimated with the tracking ID of the shipment once dispatched from our facility.
* Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days frim order being placed
*Product will reach you in 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch
* If you haven’t received the product even after 10 days of placing the order , kindly get in touch with us through WhatsApp or insta DM
* Kindly check with us in advance before placing your order in case you want the products before a particular date
